Winter Visions Art Exhibition
Opening Reception: January 15 from 5-7 PM
@ artHOME
In the cold, dark lull of winter, we return to our interior worlds. Subconscious stories and images well up from within, relics of our personal and ancestral pasts calling through the mists of perception. This is a season for noticing the quiet undercurrents of heart and mind—for walking through the shadowed woods of memory, fear, and longing—for creating shared spaces of light and warmth where reflection and restoration can flow through.
Flowstates invites us to dive deep into these waters of introspection and imagination, joining the artists whose works shown here resonate with emotion, sensation, and story. Allow yourself to be pulled in by the tides of texture and color in fabric art; flow with the lines of a poem as it trickles down the page; soak up the scintillating strokes of a painting; become absorbed in the world contained within a photograph. Like leaves dancing along a stream, these pieces come together to guide us toward a wider ocean of creativity and artistry cultivated by the community here at Path with Art.
This exhibition encourages us to take a moment to slow down, listen, and tap into the inspiration that wells beneath the cold, frosted surfaces of the everyday. It asks us to notice the stories we might otherwise miss. Invite the warmth of another’s experience. Together, we find that these shared moments are what carry us through—from the longest, darkest night into brighter days to come.
Free to attend! All are welcome.
