Path with Art is looking for a full-time Program Engagement Specialist to assist with the preparation, enrollment, and communication of Path with Art’s core programs. This role is key to enhancing participant experience, overseeing operational systems, and integrating data-informed practices into programming strategy.

The Program Engagement Specialist works closely with the Program Director to lead quarterly curriculum development and manage program logistics including planning and delivery of all programming––from 8-week classes, to workshops with social service partners, to our Access Art events. This person is responsible for the participant registration systems, manages the participant database, implements evaluation efforts to assess program impact, and is a key staff member for interdepartmental coordination to ensure a cohesive and equitable participant experience. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Program Engagement Specialist is involved in hands-on execution to ensure programs are delivered with care, consistency, and excellence.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential to this role. The Program Engagement Specialist serves as a primary connection point for participants and must be able to communicate clearly, compassionately, and effectively across a wide range of individuals and needs.

Salary Range: $68,000 - 72,000 / year
