Since 2008, Path with Art has been part of a growing international movement that utilizes the power of art as a means to bring dignity, awareness, and healing to systems-impacted individuals & communities in recovery.

We are driven by a vision of a world where arts engagement is recognized as transformative––connecting the individual with self, the self with community, and communities with society.

In this world, the power of art is available for all.

HEaling from within

For over 16 years, we have honed our trauma-informed and strengths-based arts practice, working with multiple recovery issues through diverse artistic disciplines. Our participant artists are at the center of our work and learning.

Amplifying impact

This year, Path with Art launched artREMEDY, in collaboration with the Washington State Arts Commission, to provide trauma-informed arts trainings for arts organizations and healthcare practitioners.

We are also in partnership with Johns Hopkins International Arts+Mind Lab to study the effects of our community-driven arts programs on mental and behavioral health.
